Treatments

By scheduling an appointment with Rainbow Relaxation Therapies you are agreeing to the following policies:

Payment
Full payment is expected at the time of service. Types of acceptable payments are cash or cheque. If you would like a receipt, please let the therapist know when you are paying and you will be issued a receipt or invoice. Alternatively, a receipt can be emailed to you.

Scheduling/Appointment Time
The scheduled appointment time is the time you are expected for your appointment at the practice.

If you do not answer your phone, the therapist will wait up to 15 minutes (which will be taken away from the treatment if you show up), the appointment will be considered a no show.

If the start of the appointment is delayed by the client, that time will be deducted from the total treatment time with no discount.

Once treatments are started, if the appointment is stopped/cancelled by the client, he/she is responsible for paying the fee of the entire scheduled time.

Once treatment starts, that is the beginning of the amount of time booked. If the client needs to pause treatment for any reason, that time is taken away from the treatment and the client is still charged for the time.

If the appointment is delayed due to the therapist, if time allows they will give the full time of the treatment. If time does not allow, the client will receive a discount in accordance with the amount of time the appointment was delayed.

Cancellation/Rescheduling
Our time is valuable and is booked out specifically for you, and we may have turned someone else away, so please respect our time. If you need to cancel your appointment you are required to give us sufficient notice.  Appointment cancellation/rescheduling for treatments requires 24 hours prior notice.
Any appointment that is made with Rainbow Relaxation Therapies is considered a scheduled appointment.

Appointment fee is for the scheduled time (time reserved specifically for you) and please understand that if you do not give sufficient notice, that time can not be given to someone else that may have wanted it and we will need to charge you. We understand that emergencies may come last minute but please be respectful of our time and give us as much notice as possible:

If notice given is more than 24 hours, in advance of the appointment time no fee will be charged.

If notice given is less than 24 hours in advance of the appointment time, or if you are a no call/no show (meaning you do not turn up nor answer your phone) you will be fully charged for the missed appointment.
 
Client Conduct
It is the client’s responsibility to inform the therapist informed of all medical conditions and any new conditions that may occur throughout the time they are working with a therapist. And a doctor’s note may be required under certain circumstances.

It is the client’s responsibility to let the therapist know if there is anything preventing them from being able to benefit from treatment.

Professional boundaries are expected at all times. Regarding massage treatment, private areas will not be massaged for any reason (requests for such service will be considered solicitation, regardless of your reasoning for such service). Request for such will result with a termination/cancellation of the appointment.

Any inappropriate conduct, suggestive remarks, or advances will result if immediate termination/cancellation of the appointment and such actions will be viewed as solicitation, which will be reported to the proper authorities. Payment for the entire scheduled time will be expected, see cancellation fee above.

All discounts are applicable for appointments scheduled 72+ hours in advance only

Scheduling/Appointment Time
A credit card is required to schedule any appointment, however the appointment can be paid for with cash at the time of treatment. The scheduled appointment time is the time the therapist will arrive at your home. If you would like them to arrive earlier please let them know when scheduling the appointment. It will take about 15-20 minutes to set-up.
When the therapist arrives, if you do not answer the door, or your phone, the therapist will wait up to 15 minutes (which will be taken away from the treatment if you show up), then they will leave, and the appointment will be considered a no show.

If notice given is less than 24 hours, but more than 1 hour, in advance of appointment time a fee of £100 will be charged.
If notice given is less than 1 hour in advance of the appointment time, or if you are a no call/no show (meaning you do not answer the door or your phone) a fee of £150 will be charged.

If a client cancels the appointment once the appointment has started, the client will be charged for the entire scheduled time.
